![]() If you have a small experience with the game I'm sure you'll most of the time avoid fights against this dude in prize fights and trust me, I do it aswell, Resonant Evil probably has one of most annoying sigs in the entire game and the worts part is, it's his secondary sig, not his main one.Īs you may know, Resonant has a chance to gain armor when he gets hit, this ability is in fact, pretty useful by itself, this may save you from blockbuster or combos which do a big amount of hits (because armor stacks) and it will increase your overall tankiness, however, his OTHER sig is when the thing get serious. ![]() Ladies and mentlegent.I mean gentlemen, I present to you, the tankiest Big Band in Skullgirls mobile! Is Robocopy a bad char? No, in the slightest, but he will never be one of the best Big Bands that's for sure The best way to buff him is to make his buffs permanent but with a few restrictions (you only get 1 Armor and 1 Enrage, can stack up to 3, being the maximum)Īt last, gaining blockbuster per kill is pretty sweet, but compare him to the other last two characters, those two have an easier and more effective way to get Blockbusters and they are bronzies. So the main idea with him is to go full attack mode when you get those buffs, however, the main issue I've noticed is you almost have no time to test these buffs properly, if you go full attack mode with him because you want these buffs to be effective you'll end up with yourself killed by an unblockeable move or an enemy combo, if you wait until the enemy attack, most of the time the enemy will not attack you until your buffs expired. So, his sigs are pretty okay, he rewards you for defeating the opponent, but in all honesty and after making a lot of test with him I've noticed something, especially with his buff bonus So moving on into the silver category we have Jazz RoboCop who takes the quote "Dead or Alive" way to serious. However his main downside is he doesn't have any sig to make a comeback, so, if you made a mistake, you'll pay the prize (if you compare him to Bassline, Bassline can still tag out when he is low and then tag in with his regen and Blockbuster meter so you may do a comeback if your ass is being kicked, however, if this Big Band is getting punished, there is no way to reincorporate yourself without the help of another support character) His second sig makes him to increase his Blockbuster meter when he use a special move, now you see why he is so good for a bronzie? Yes his damage potential is insane, master this dude and your enemies will be dead in a blink. His sigs are simple, first we have gaining "Enrage" every time you use a special move (doesn't matter if you hit or not) so, the key with him is to combo your special moves into each other with a few linkers to stack up those enrages and make some crazy damage, but of course, this doesn't end here This Big Band is the complete opposite of Bassline, where you had a Team player, now you are with a complete agresive Big Band whose mission is to never stop the beat with his combos.īeat Box honestly has sigs that are more likely to appear in a silver character (yes is that good) However, his main disadvantage relies on his max lvl, just like Bad Hair Day, when he reach lvl 50 as a gold, you'll notice how low is his fighting score, of course this can be fix with some lvl up moves that increase your HP and damage but it is still annoying and disappointing. So, if you're thinking about a bronzie character that is easy to use, effective and is worth to evolve to silver and even gold, Bassline is your man! Heavy Regen and blockbuster meter increase every time you tag in, no limit, which means you can literally regend your health (and let me tell you 10 seconds is a lot of time for a Heavy Regen) and increase your blockbuster meter by 35% (which, again, is a lot) almost every single time, truat me when I say the sustain of this guy is as big as his giant sax in his back. In future chapters of the series, you'll see a common detail about bronzies, one of them is amazing and the other character is just horrible or atleast much worse than the other and only useful in some situations, luckily Big Band is one ot those exceptions.īassline, one of our first characters in the game, ends up being one of the most reliable character, his sigs are completely useless when he is fighting alone, BUT, this will change drastically if there is, atleast, one other friend giving him a big hand.
